That may sound like a strange question.
However, so many of us—and you may be one them— at some time or another, complain about not getting enough sleep. If you’re not complaining because you positively got your sleep patterns under control, that’s fantastic, but I bet you won’t have to look very far to come into touch with folks in your circles who are.
